With all the poor examples of Plains Indian bows out there and the small amount of Indian bowyers left these days I think that few people really understand the beauty and power of a true Native American Bow. I have learned this craft over many years of study and knowledge handed down from older generations.
I can assure you none of the bows I make will be wrapped from limb to limb in commerical leather or have chicken feathers hanging off them. All the bows I make are made to be used and taken from historical designs. I sometimes have a few bows already made and up for sale. You can contact me to see what I have avaliable. On custom orders delivery time depends on how many orders I already have. Feel free to email me with any questions.
In memory of the Late Austin Dennis of Pauls Valley, Ok. Without your knowledge and love of our culture this site would not be here today. You are missed.

The last two years I have been working with Native America High School students from various reservations across the United States in a Traditional Bow and Arrow making program. I have worked and been working with students from the Sioux,Comanche,Pubelo, Navajo, Ho-Chunk, Havasupai, Creek, Cherokee, Apache, and Tohono O'dham tribes.
